Bei Homeabroad haben wir uns für unseren Umzug zurück nach Deutschland (Dortmund) fantastisch aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Homeabroad war sicherlich der angenehmste Teil unseres Umzuges! Wirklich alles von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Übergabeprotoll wurde sehr individuell und professionell erledigt. Meine zahllosen kurzen Anfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und wir fühlten uns auch sehr gut beraten. Die Hausbesichtigungen wurden perfekt vorbereitet und uns wurde sehr professionell mit Fragen, an die wir vielleicht nicht dachten sowie weiteren Ratschlägen zur näheren Umgebung weiter geholfen. Wir sind in unserem neuen Heim schon jetzt sehr glücklich, da Homeabroad wirklich die perfekte Wohnung für uns gefunden hat. The HomeAbroad team recently helped my family and I not only find a suitable home but walked us through each and every step of getting everything set up here in Germany, both on the phone and side by side whenever required. Even though the service is chargeable, it felt more like a friend helping out than just a company going through the motions. I cannot recommend the service enough! For me, HomeAbroad went above and beyond what I expected! I would score more than 5* if I could.

Sonja helped us a lot during our relocation process. It was a very long way for us to come to a different country and lots of question marks about "what are we gonna do know?". She knows a lot about the city and very experienced for all processes such as bank, registration, communication with real estate agents and finding a flat anything you wanted to know, she already knows. I would like to thank Sonja for everything she has done for us. I couldn’t imagine what we can do without her. She was the most helpful person in our transfer progress.

Sonja ha hecho de la mudanza algo mucho más sencillo. Ha sido muy profesional en todos los aspectos. En primer lugar nos ayudó con la búsqueda de piso; entendió enseguida nuestras necesidades y elaboró una agenda para los días de búsqueda muy complete y diversa. Gracias a ella pudimos elegir el piso en el que vivimos sin necesidad de competir con otros inquilinos. Nos acompañó a todas las visitas mostrándose siempre cordial y haciendo preguntas importantes que nosotros pasamos por alto. Posteriormente nos ha ayudado en tareas que a primera vista parecen sencillas pero que en un país nuevo pueden resultar de los más engorrosas, este detalle es el que marca la diferencia e hizo que nos sintiéramos muy respaldados. Estas tareas fueron desde indicar los servicios necesarios en los alrededores, incripciones, contratos de servicios básicos hasta tema bancario, entre otros. Solo tengo buenas palabras y agradecimiento para Sonja!!

Sonja hat den Umzug viel einfacher gemacht. Sie war in allen Bereichen sehr professionell. Zunächst half sie uns bei der Suche nach der Wohnung; Sie verstand sofort unsere Bedürfnisse und entwickelte eine Agenda für die Tage der intensiven und vielfältigen Suche. Dank ihr konnten wir die Wohnung wählen, in der wir leben, ohne mit anderen Mietern konkurrieren zu müssen. Sie begleitete uns zu allen Besichtigungen, zeigte sich immer herzlich und stellte wichtige Fragen, die wir nicht bedacht hätten. Später hat sie uns bei Aufgaben geholfen, die auf den ersten Blick einfach erscheinen, aber in einem neuen Land sehr mühsam sein können. Dieses Detail macht den Unterschied und wir fühlen uns sehr unterstützt. Diese Aufgaben umfassten unter anderem die Information zu der Umgebung, Anmeldungen, Verträge mit Grundversorgern und Bankangelegenheiten. Ich habe nur gute Worte und danke Sonja!!

Being new to Münster our family needed help in finding a suitable new home. With a new job to start we had a relatively short time frame and no local knowledge beside what Internet could provide us with. We also had a long list of requirements for the future home itself and the type of neighbourhood it had to be in. Sonja Schulze helped us to find exactly the type of property we were looking for in Münster. She presented us with a shortlist of properties matching our criteria and arranged private viewings to suit our schedule. We had a first pick as some of the properties were not yet advertised on the market which is incredibly important in Münster where most good properties go on “first to see” basis.

Sonja’s expertise also was invaluable in helping to review and negotiate the rental agreement and making introductions within the local business community. Without the help we wouldn’t have had such a smooth experience and a superb home we have been enjoying for the past half a year.

Thanks to Sonja, I settled in Muenster very fast and smoothly. Starting with preparation ahead of my move to Muenster followed by any administration and bureaucracy in Germany ended with finding a beautiful new home. Sonja has been available any time to help. Thank YOU!

I have had such a great experience working with Sonja at @HomeAbroad-Relocation. When I was moving overseas from the USA, it felt like there were a million little things to consider and that's even before getting to the language barrier. But Sonja was on top of everything and very knowledgeable - she understood the area I was moving into and knew exactly what I needed to bring and fill out in order to get registered, open a bank account and apply for an apartment. She made it so easy! It was definitely not a problem that I did not know German yet because Sonja is able to speak perfect English. Not only was Sonja helpful while I was overseas, she continued to assist me even when I was back in the USA. She made sure that all of the loose ends with my bank account and cancelling utilities were fixed and fair.

Mrs Sonja Schulze was helping me in relocation within GER. This she did with great support coving all aspects of administration, governmental mandatories and dealing with the land lord. She was always heavily engaged and demonstrated high expertise without a smooth transition allowing me to purely focus on my new assignment would not have been possible to this extend. Outstanding is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Sonja. Ms Schulze was assigned to help me with my relocation and ex-patriation to Germany recently. In just a matter of days from her first contact, she was able to help me find the perfect apartment for my 1 year stay. She even negotiated the use of a bicycle from the landlord when she found out I would not have a vehicle. Above all, I was impressed with Sonja’s ability to take the information given to her as to my requirements and find a place that fulfilled all of them so quickly and efficiently. As for all the legal issues involved in the relocation to another country, everything was taken care of, and all of the red-tape that I expected to have to deal with was non-existent because of her assistance. hiermit nun mein grosser Dank fuer die Unterstuetzung bei meinem Umzug nach Deutschland. Es hat alles gut geklappt – von der Auswahl der Lindner Messe Residence angefangen, der Suche nach einer permanenten Bleibe und mein Container hat auch den richtigen Hafen getroffen. I met with Frau Schulze this morning at the Gronau authorities. I am now registered. It could not have been done without Sonja. She was a delightful help and she made me feel safe and secure while we went through the formalities today. Next week we will meet again to proceed with obtaining the work visa..Again, I wanted to communicate in writing how much I appreciate Sonja’s help, professionalism and caring spirit to make me feel confident with these steps.
